Potassium is involved in the conversion of carbohydrates. The application of potassium nitrate improves the plant’s resistance to various types of stress. It improves the quality and shelf life of fruits and vegetables, helps to increase starch in potatoes and sugar in sugar beets and other root crops, and helps strengthen plant stems.
Root nutrition:
- industrial crops: 0.15-0.20% solution (1.5–2.0 g / l water)
ornamental and berry crops: 0.15-0.20% solution (1.5–2.0 g / l water) - fruit trees: 0.20% solution (2.0 g / l water)
Foliar application:
- The leaves are sprayed with a solution of the following concentration:
vegetables, industrial crops, fruit, trees, berry crops and flowers: 1.0% solution (10 g / l water)
